\\\"Bike Hub\\\"

Bike Hub is an industry wide initiative developed by The Bicycle Association of Great Britain and the Association of Cycle Traders. The objective of Bike Hub is to generate funds from within the cycle industry to support the future of cycling in the UK.

Independent cycle retailers together with companies who make and sell bikes, parts and accessories are directly contributing to the Bike Hub fund, which is investing in major projects to encourage more cycling, particularly among young people. As a result of the scheme the Department for Transport is investing significant additional funding behind the Bike Hub projects.

bikeforallPROJECTS

These are:

  • A pilot project to encourage cycling among children in 40 schools around the country
  • A new web portal to increase awareness about cycling. The Bike Hub portal can be found at bikeforall.net.
  • Support for Bike Week which takes place in June each year.

Wherever you see the Bike Hub logo it means retailers and companies are directly contributing to the future of cycling.

Participants in Bike Hub are entitled to use the logo and promotional materials. These can be downloaded from the Members’ Section.
